October 2011 - TWO of my images (below) have been commended in this year's Take A View -
Photographer of the Year competition. These images will be on show at the National Theatre Gallery,
London and published in the Awards book. This is the second time I have reached this stage in the competition

Dear OPOTY entrant,
Thank you for entering the Outdoor Photographer of the Year 2011 competition. I am writing to let you know that
one, or more, of your images has been shortlisted in the At The Waters Edge category. The final judging will be
taking place over the next week, and we will let you know if your image has been successful. Congratulations

August 2011 - Silver Lining Photography was a finalist in Digital SLR Photography magazine's Ultimate Photo
Challenge and attended an awards ceremony in a London gallery.

July 2011 - For the third year in succession I have been shortlisted for the final round of the annual
'Take A View' Landscape Photographer of the Year competition

May 2011: Silver Lining Photography is delighted to announce the image above has received a SILVER AWARD
in the Epson International Photographic Pano Awards 2011 and was placed in 20th overall position in the
Nature/landscapes category from an overall entry pool of 3500

March 2011: Image above achieved final shortlist (just missing out on final placement) in the Scottish Nature
Photography Awards Photographic Competition 2010
